All products are warranted against structural and mechanical defects for 1 year from date of purchase.  Contact Krevare prior to any returns to ensure coverage and replacement.

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not covered.

30 day money back guarantee:  Please contact Krevare with any installation issues prior to returning product.  Krevare guarantees that Soaptainer will work with your functioning dispenser or we will refund your purchase price plus return shipping, however contact must be made with tech support within 30 days of purchase and attempts made to correct any issues prior to return or refund will not be granted.  Please ensure your pump is in working condition prior to connecting Soaptainer.  The connection point between our tubing and your dispenser pump must be secure and completely air tight or priming issues may occur.  This is usually an easy fix and we would be happy to help.

Tritan top tray is guaranteed against structural issues such as breakage, warping, cracking, crazing, hazing, or damage from dishwasher cleaning for 1 year from date of purchase.  Do not clean with abrasive materials as this will scratch the finish and will not be covered by this warranty.

Polished nickel finish is guaranteed against flaking or peeling for 1 year from date of purchase.  We have tested this finish using a controlled salt spray to simulate 5 years of service and it has passed with no signs of corrosion.  With proper care this finish can last indefinitely, however certain harsh chemicals such as bleach will cause corrosion and destroy the finish.  Please be cautious when using such chemicals around Soapseat.  It is advised that Soapseat is removed from the premises prior to using harsh chemicals.

Damage caused by improper cleaning or harsh chemicals is not covered by this warranty.  Cleaning with glass cleaner and a soft cloth is advised.  Soapseat's base is not dishwasher safe and damage caused by cleaning in a dishwasher is not covered.
